How To Book A Space For Events

  1. Download the Booking Form
  2. View the Facilities Price Sheet.
  3. View the Facilities FY 23/24 Recharge Rates.
  4. Attach the Booking Form in ServiceLink: SOM Portal (service-now.com). 
 
GUIDELINES
  1. Tours are not allowed on the 3rd, 4th, and 5th floors.
  2. SOM Facilities Planning only works with Campus Facilities to order your requested furniture and equipment.
  3. Campus Facilities will set up and teardown furniture before and after the event (upon request and if available). Otherwise, it is the Requestor's responsibility.
  4. Requestor is responsible for closing the courtyard-facing windows back into a locking position.
  5. Requestor is required to have SOM staff on site when non-guests are present.
  6. Requestor is responsible for returning the room/ building back to the original state.
