The School of Medicine Building Committee is focused on addressing building-related concerns, implementing practical solutions, and maintaining transparent communication with all staff and students.
Committee Role
- Address your questions, concerns, and issues related to SOM buildings.
- Inform you of significant building-related updates and upcoming projects.
- Implement practical solutions wherever possible to resolve reported issues.
- Communicate regularly on building projects, improvements, and outcomes.
Process Overview
Quarterly submissions → Committee review → Response communication → Implementation tracking
How it Works
- Submit → Complete quarterly call form by using the QR code below with building-related questions, issues, or concerns.
- Review → Committee meets quarterly to discuss all submissions.
- Communicate → Receive responses and action updates.
- Report → We’ll share outcomes and improvements implemented.
