Facilities Matters

Purpose

The School of Medicine Building Committee is focused on addressing building-related concerns, implementing practical solutions, and maintaining transparent communication with all staff and students.

Committee Role

  1. Address your questions, concerns, and issues related to SOM buildings.
  2. Inform you of significant building-related updates and upcoming projects. 
  3. Implement practical solutions wherever possible to resolve reported issues.
  4. Communicate regularly on building projects, improvements, and outcomes.

Process Overview

Quarterly submissions → Committee review → Response communication → Implementation tracking

How it Works

  2. Review → Committee meets quarterly to discuss all submissions.
  3. Communicate → Receive responses and action updates.
  4. Report → We’ll share outcomes and improvements implemented.
